Job summary

Medtronic seeks an EP Mapping Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for cardiac mapping and CAS products across the region. You will train physicians and staff, promote safe product use, and work with account and regional teams to identify opportunities.

The role requires driving within the territory, travel up to 25-50%, and a strong background in cardiac mapping with relevant degrees. This remote position supports national coverage within the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus minimum 6 years in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus minimum 4 years in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 2 years in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and CAS products to physicians and staff.
• Educate hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and procedures.
• Promote safe and effective use of CAS products and procedures.
• Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to meet or exceed goals.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate training with local sales teams for mapping and CAS solutions.
• Communicate with sales and clinical teams regionally.
• Serve as CAS representative to physicians and staff regarding products and service.
