Job summary

The Tepa Companies is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple NEPA/cultural and natural resources projects for DoD and federal clients. You will manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, quality, and profitability from proposal through project closeout.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, securing consultants and subcontractors, tracking progress, and presenting status reports. A strong emphasis on communication and team leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of environmental project management experience.
• 3+ years of environmental assistant project management experience.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manages DoD or other Federal government environmental projects.
• Direct project support to DoD and Federal clients.
• Plans, schedules, and manages project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Develops work plans and manages staffing and budgets.
• Prepares reports defining progress, challenges and solutions.
• Oversees deliverable quality control and risk forecasting.
