Job summary

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Project Manager to lead NEPA/cultural and natural resources projects for DoD and federal clients. You’ll manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, quality, and profitability from proposal through closeout.

This remote role supports projects nationwide, with travel 1–2 times per month. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in environmental project management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental policy, or related field.
• 7+ years of environmental project management experience.
• 3+ years of environmental assistant project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple NEPA/cultural and natural resources projects for DoD or federal clients.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure schedules, budgets, quality, and profitability.
• Develop work plans and staff assignments for projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations on progress, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Travel to project sites 1–2 times per month as required.
