The Tepa Companies are seeking a Project Manager to lead NEPA/cultural and natural resources projects for DoD and federal clients. You’ll manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, quality, and profitability from proposal through closeout.
This remote role supports projects nationwide, with travel 1–2 times per month. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in environmental project management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00
The Tepa Companies are seeking a Project Manager to manage multiple NEPA/cultural and natural resources projects to include client relationships, schedules, budgets, quality, and profitability through comprehensive project completion. This role collaborates with project teams to ensure contractual requirements are met, quality deliverables are submitted, and client satisfaction is achieved.
3+ years of environmental assistant project management experience
Prior Federal and/or DoD work experience preferred.
