ICF is seeking an Environmental Planner to grow within our Energy practice, supporting Southern California Edison environmental planning, EHSync, and execution programs. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely or in office and involves high-volume reviews, tracker management, and coordinating with SMEs to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating with SMEs and reviewing environmental planning documents.
• Ability to manage trackers, schedules, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Support program workflows, including SME reviews, tracking, and deliverable coordination.
• Maintain project trackers, worklists, and status reports for schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with biological, cultural, wetlands/waters, and other SMEs to ensure timely reviews.
• Review project data for completeness and document planning assumptions.
• Assist with planning summaries and final document delivery per SCE guidance.
• Communicate priorities and data needs to team members and clients.
• Participate in program coordination meetings and action-item follow-ups.
• Support QA/QC of planning deliverables and package submission.
• Collaborate within an integrated project team of planners and scientists.
