Job summary

ICF International is seeking an Environmental Planner to grow within our Energy practice, supporting environmental planning and ECED/ERD development for utility projects in Southern California. The role focuses on SME desktop reviews, planning coordination, tracker maintenance, and timely document delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in environmental planning or related fields, experience with environmental review workflows, and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of environmental planning, environmental compliance, or utility planning experience in a consulting or team-based environment.
• Experience supporting environmental review workflows, planning deliverables, tracker management, or utility work management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SCE Program workflows including coordination, SME reviews, tracking, ERD development support, and planning/execution deliverable coordination.
• Maintain and update project trackers, worklists, due-date logs, assignment records, and status reports for schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure reviews are assigned, completed, documented and delivered on time.
• Assist with compiling ERD measures, reviewing SME inputs, preparing planning summaries, and supporting final document delivery.
