Job summary

ICF's Environment & Planning Division is seeking an Environmental Planner with a focus on SME desktop reviews, planning coordination, and document delivery to support Southern California Edison projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will coordinate with SMEs, program managers, GIS staff, and clients, maintain trackers, review data, and help deliver planning documents on schedule, leveraging CEQA/NEPA knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years of environmental planning or related experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience supporting environmental review workflows and planning deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with SMEs and client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Support SCE program workflows, including coordination, SME reviews, tracking, ERD development support, and planning/execution deliverable coordination.
• Maintain and update project trackers, worklists, due-date logs, assignment records, and status reports.
• Coordinate with SMEs across biological, cultural, wetlands, construction stormwater, coastal, air quality, GIS to ensure reviews are delivered on time.
• Review project information for completeness and follow up on missing data.
• Assist with compiling ERD measures, reviewing SME inputs, and supporting final delivery per SCE guidance.
• Clearly communicate priorities, timelines, and data needs to internal teams and clients.
• Participate in program coordination meetings and prepare action items and notes.
• Support QA/QC of planning deliverables, tracker entries, and document packages prior to submittal.
• Be a collaborative member of an integrated project team of planners, scientists, GIS specialists, and regulators.
