Job summary

ICF is seeking an Environmental Planner to grow within the Energy practice, supporting Southern California Edison’s environmental planning and related execution programs. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely or in-office across the Southern California region.

The candidate will manage high-volume environmental review workflows, coordinate with SMEs, maintain trackers, assist with document delivery, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule across multiple

Qualifications

• 2+ years of environmental planning or related experience in a consulting or team-based environment.
• Experience supporting environmental review workflows, planning deliverables, tracker management, task coordination, or utility work management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SCE program workflows, including coordination, SME reviews, tracking, ERD development support, and planning/execution deliverable coordination.
• Maintain and update project trackers, worklists, due-date logs, assignment records, and status reports for schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with SMEs across biological, cultural, wetlands/waters, construction stormwater, coastal, air quality, GIS, and other disciplines to ensure timely reviews and delivery.
• Review project information for completeness, identify missing data, and follow up with project teams or client contacts.
