Job summary

Antea Group seeks a Manager or Senior Manager with extensive M&A consulting experience to support and grow its Integrated Due Diligence (IDD) practice across the U.S. and globally.

You will lead environmental and operational due diligence, manage complex deal teams, and drive client relationships through multi‑site, multi‑person engagements. Responsibilities include overseeing desktop reviews, ESAs, post‑acquisition integration planning, and deal negotiation support for various sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability consulting with 5–10 years M&A experience.
• Proficient in Phase I and Phase II ESAs and EHS material compliance reviews.
• Understanding of the M&A lifecycle from investment thesis to post‑acquisition integration and exit strategies.
• Experience managing complex deal teams and communicating with C-suite level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Antea Group’s M&A services and collaborate with domestic and global colleagues.
• Direct complex due diligence engagements across multi‑site portfolios and diverse sectors.
• Ensure project scope, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction are met.
