Job summary

Antea USA, Inc. seeks a Manager or Senior Manager with extensive M&A and environmental due diligence expertise to support and grow its IDD practice for domestic and global clients. The role emphasizes Phase I/II ESAs, EHS compliance reviews, and post-acquisition integration planning.

The ideal candidate will manage multi-site due diligence engagements, work with deal teams, and advise C-suite clients on EHS risks and deal strategy. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years in the EHS&S consulting industry with M&A experience.
  • Mastery of Phase I/II ESAs and EHS compliance reviews.
  • Understanding the M&A lifecycle from investment thesis to exit strategies.
  • Experience managing complex deal teams and client relationships.
  • Strong proposal and report writing skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth of Antea Group's IDD services.
  • Oversee environmental due diligence including Phase I/II ESAs and liability assessments.
  • Support post-acquisition integration, gap analyses and remedial actions.
  • Coordinate with deal teams and global network for client delivery.
  • Ensure scope, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction targets.
