Job summary

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) seeks a Manager or Senior Manager for its Integrated Due Diligence (IDD) practice in the U.S. and globally.

Lead complex environmental due diligence and multi-disciplinary deal teams on acquisition and divestiture projects across sectors such as Energy, Technology, Insurance, and Manufacturing. The role is full-time with up to 25% travel and location flexibility within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in the EHS&S consulting industry, with 5-10 years in M&A
• Proficient in Phase I and II ESAs and EHS material compliance reviews
• Understanding of the M&A life cycle from investment thesis to exit strategies
• Experience managing complex deal teams and C-suite communication
• Ability to support deal negotiations and insurance underwriting
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Grow Antea Group’s M&A services and lead environmental due diligence engagements
• Conduct Phase I/Phase II ESAs and liability assessments and EHS reviews
• Lead post-acquisition integration services, gap analyses, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with domestic and global colleagues and associated networks
• Build and mentor a high-performing IDD team and manage multi-site projects
