Job summary

SGS Account Manager in the United States is a remote role serving Texas clients. The position focuses on selling environmental analytical services to both existing and prospective customers and achieving revenue targets while traveling to client sites across Texas.

You will manage relationships, liaise with Client Services and lab operations, and represent SGS at events to grow the customer base. A Bachelor’s in a relevant field and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science is required.
• ~3 years in technical sales, project management or customer service.
• ~3 years’ experience in the Environmental Industry (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sell environmental analytical services to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Client Services team and lab operations to meet customer needs.
• Travel to client sites across Texas as needed.
