Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking an ambitious, motivated professional to consult virtually with individuals and families who requested information about our long-term financial and family protection plans.

This role focuses on warm leads with comprehensive paid training and no cold calling. You will follow up on inquiries, conduct virtual consultations, tailor protection plans, build long-term client relationships, review accounts annually, and handle administration, delivering standout service

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-first mindset.
• High level of self-motivation, organization, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quiet home office space with reliable internet connection.
• Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on our protection plans.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
• Customize and adjust protection plans to fit the specific goals of each family.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative updates and ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
