Actalent is hiring a fully remote, entry level Software Engineer. This contract position is based out of Virginia Beach, VA. You will design, develop, and test OS-level software, compilers, and network distribution software while setting operational specifications and analyzing software requirements. Embedded systems software design is possible.

Requires US citizenship and a BS degree, plus internships or Co-Op experience, with a strong emphasis on accountability and teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
