MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives to support a nationwide voter outreach initiative. The role involves outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party, documenting interactions, and resolving customer inquiries with a focus on reliability and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a high school diploma, fluent English, and strong computer and multitasking skills. A wired internet connection and the ability to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data-entry.
• The ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
• The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.
• Customer oriented and empathetic.

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow client program processes and adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize systems to complete account management tasks and document customer claims.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff and management as needed.
• Aim for first call resolution through problem solving and effective handling.
