Job summary

MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives to support its Get Out the Vote initiative. You will make outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout, requiring strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable representing the party, with excellent English, data-entry skills, and the ability to work standard shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Training is provided and attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data-entry using a computer.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Must have wired, high-speed internet (20Mbps+).
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication.
• Ability to type 20+ wpm accurately.
• Willingness to work regularly scheduled shifts including training period.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Research systems to locate missing information and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow client program scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize systems to complete account management tasks and document claims.
• Escalate issues as needed and maintain confidentiality.
