Responsibilities

• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with company/state rules.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership programs.
