Globe Life AO is seeking an Online (Customer Service) Support Specialist - Entry Level to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will engage clients via Zoom and phone, guide them through enrollment, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

All training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship are provided, with opportunities for growth and leadership development in a performance-based environment.

• Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
