Globe Life AO is offering an entry-level remote position for individuals to assist families with benefits enrollment and ongoing client support from home. Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided, with a leadership career path and renewal income opportunities.

Qualified applicants can work fully remotely across the United States; prior insurance experience is not required and licensing support is included. This is a commission-based opportunity with weekly pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance provided.
• Must be willing to obtain state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Help clients understand benefit and coverage information and enroll when appropriate.
• Create a positive and personalized client experience and build long-term relationships.
• Complete required documentation accurately and maintain digital client records.
• Respond to policy and coverage questions and provide ongoing client support.
