Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking entry-level Account Executives to blend sales and recruiting for growth opportunities. The role targets establishing relationships with decision makers in healthcare facilities to fill contract positions and advance a management track.

You will connect with medical professionals nationwide, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing client relationships while supporting candidates with payroll and benefits issues.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in sales and recruiting.
• A strong interest in a management track.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, curious, and engaging demeanor.
• Competitive and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with making 50-70 calls a day.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Creating a book of business by establishing rapport/building relationships with key decision makers in schools and hospitals to “sell” our contract services.
• Building relationships with medical professionals nationwide to understand their skillset and place them in jobs.
• Contract Negotiation (pay rates and bill rates).
• Manage account relationships once you secure the contract.
• Assist the candidates with any issues they may have – payroll, benefits, etc.
• Utilize social media platforms and job boards to help generate warm leads.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales revenue goals.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clients and candidates.
