Job summary

Corporation Service Company seeks an Associate Entity Portfolio Specialist based in Hawaii with remote work options. The role focuses on maintaining accurate entity records for top corporate and law firm clients, delivering expert guidance on the Entity Management Platform, and supporting internal teams to ensure client compliance.

You will build trusted client relationships, manage updates, and coordinate with SAMs to resolve issues while supporting daily billing adjustments and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of the Company Records database by processing update requests from clients or internally
• Develop and maintain client relationships built on trust and quality of work for CSC’s major corporate and law firm clients
• Serve as an expert in the Entity Management Platform, conducting on-the-spot training and demonstrations
• Be knowledgeable across CSC service areas to assist clients effectively
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to communicate and resolve client issues
• Complete the New Unit Placement Report and process credit and/or rebill invoice adjustments by end of day
