Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Paralegal to join our Legal team and support our growing international entity portfolio. You will handle subsidiary formation, corporate governance, and compliance across jurisdictions, leveraging technology to maintain records efficiently.

You will coordinate M&A deal support, manage data rooms and closing checklists, and ensure filings and signatories are accurate and timely. Remote work is supported globally.

Qualifications

• Experience as corporate/paralegal or legal operations role preferred.
• Familiarity with coordinating across multiple jurisdictions and working with international outside counsel or service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate formation of new international subsidiaries and required filings.
• Assist with M&A deal execution and data room management.
• Own global compliance calendar; track filing deadlines and registrations across entities.
• Ensure entities remain in good standing via filings with outside counsel and providers.
• Maintain governance records and formation documents.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day use of the entity management platform.
• Serve as a point of contact for entity-related requests across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, People and other teams on governance matters.
• Coordinate signature and filing of vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders for Company projects.
