Dungarvin seeks an Enterprise Workday Administrator to own the Workday platform and partner with the vendor, HR, Finance, and IT leadership for a seamless go-live and ongoing excellence.

The role is strategic and highly visible, shaping how the organization leverages Workday for years. You will work across teams to drive adoption and cross-functional success while supporting users nationwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday administration.
• Experience with tenant management, security roles, and integrations.
• Willingness to pursue Workday certifications.
• Experience in change management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday configuration and tenant management.
• Lead updates, releases, and feature enhancements.
• Develop documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Train Tier 1–2 support teams.
