Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Enterprise Workday Administrator to own the Workday platform, collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT leadership to ensure a seamless go‑live and ongoing operations. This high-visibility role shapes how the organization utilizes Workday across multiple business units.

The candidate will manage tenant configuration, security roles, integrations (EIB, APIs, Workday Studio), reporting, and release management, while leading change and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, tier-3 support, and system documentation.
• Experience with Workday updates, releases, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration, tenant management, and security roles.
• Own go-lives, upgrades, and Change Control with HR, Finance, and IS leadership.
• Provide Tier-3 support and train Tier 1/2 teams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Manage integrations and reporting across multi‑unit environments.
