PSI Services is hiring an Enterprise and Transformation Solutions Consultant to lead discovery, define solutions, and plan complex enterprise initiatives in a remote US setting.

You will clarify business needs, map current and future states, evaluate options, develop requirements, and guide projects from concept through implementation and outcome validation, with emphasis on data, security, and regulatory considerations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, IT, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years leading discovery, requirements development, and solution planning for enterprise initiatives.
• Experience transforming enterprise data solutions and analytical problem solving.
• Strong facilitation and communication across executive to delivery audiences.
• Ability to travel 4–6 weeks per year.
• US Citizenship due to potential federal engagements.
• Ability to pass US security clearance if needed.

• Lead discovery through stakeholder interviews and workshops to analyze capabilities.
• Define current-state and future-state capabilities and dependencies.
• Guide stakeholders through ambiguity and align on a recommended path forward.
• Evaluate solutions across process change, integration, and enhancements.
• Partner with architects and technical teams to address data, security, and regulatory needs.
• Develop business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support business cases with benefit definition and cost modeling.
• Assist PMO with prioritization, estimation, sequencing, and handoffs.
• Identify change impacts and promote reuse of existing capabilities.
