Job summary

PSI Services is seeking an Enterprise & Transformation Solutions Consultant to lead discovery, define requirements, and plan complex initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with architects and stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable transformations in a remote-US setting.

You will drive business-case inputs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with regulatory and security considerations. Requires citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship due to potential federal engagements.
• Ability to pass US Security Clearance if needed.
• 3+ years of experience leading discovery, requirements development, solution planning, or delivery for enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience transforming enterprise data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating options, costs, and risks.
• Creative problem-solving with stakeholders and business outcomes in mind.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, capability analysis, and review of business information.
• Define current-state and future-state capabilities, workflows, and system interactions.
• Guide stakeholders through ambiguity and build alignment on a recommended path forward.
• Evaluate solutions across process change, integration, and new development.
• Partner with Architects to align business needs with scalable data, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
