Qualifications

• US citizenship due to potential federal client engagements.
• Ability to pass US Security Clearance if needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in discovery, requirements development, solution planning, or delivery for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience transforming enterprise data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to balance stakeholder needs and constraints.
• Experience with end-to-end process analysis and practical recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Define current and future state capabilities and workflows.
• Guide stakeholders through ambiguity and align on a path forward.
• Evaluate solutions across process, capabilities, and integration.
• Partner with architects to align business needs with scalable approaches.
• Develop requirements and acceptance criteria with a Business Analyst.
• Support business cases through benefit definition and cost modeling.
• Support PMO with prioritization, estimation, and sequencing.
• Identify change impacts and promote reuse of capabilities.
