Job summary

PSI Services is seeking an Enterprise & Transformation Solutions Consultant to lead discovery, define solutions, and plan complex enterprise initiatives. You will clarify business needs, map current and future states, evaluate options, and guide work from concept through implementation and validation.

You will support modernization, data transformation, and regulatory-compliant transformations while coordinating with architects and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required due to potential federal client engagements.
• Ability to pass US Security Clearance if needed.
• 3+ years of experience leading or supporting discovery, requirements development, solution planning, or delivery for enterprise initiatives.
• Experience transforming enterprise data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and capability analyses.
• Define current and future-state capabilities, workflows, and system interactions.
• Guide stakeholders through ambiguity and build alignment on recommended paths.
• Evaluate solutions across process change, integration, and product enhancement.
• Partner with architects and technical teams to align business needs with scalable approaches.
• Develop business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
