Qualifications

• US Citizenship required for potential federal engagements.
• Ability to pass US Security Clearance if needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading discovery, requirements development or delivery for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience transforming enterprise data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops and capability analysis.
• Define current and future state capabilities and system interactions.
• Guide stakeholders through ambiguity and build alignment on recommended path.
• Evaluate solutions across process change, integration, and new development.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on scalable approaches.
