Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Enterprise Training Leader to scale our Instructor-Led Training business for enterprise customers, defining strategy, operating model, and delivery standards for live training services while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and measurable business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training, learning services, or professional services in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams responsible for solution design, operations, scheduling, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of instructor-led or virtual instructor-led training operations and delivery quality.
• Experience working with enterprise clients to understand business needs and deliver outcomes.
• Experience designing learning plans that may include live training.
• Proven ability to manage utilization, capacity planning, and revenue-related expectations.
• Experience creating or scaling training offerings, playbooks, dashboards, or operating processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Content, Product, Finance, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional ILT team (Training Architects, Operations Managers, Schedulers).
• Define enterprise training strategy, operating model, governance, and processes to scale live training.
• Partner with clients to understand learning needs, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Oversee scheduling, trainer coordination, class readiness, logistics, and follow-through.
• Manage utilization, capacity planning, workload balance, and delivery priorities.
