Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Enterprise Training Leader to scale and grow our Instructor-Led Training for enterprise customers. This senior role defines strategy, operating model, and delivery standards across a global team, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Content, Delivery, and external partners to create scalable offerings, align content with client needs, and deliver a high-quality learning experience for learners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training or professional services in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams for solution design, operations, scheduling, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ILT/VILT operations, including scheduling, logistics, and materials.
• Experience working with enterprise clients to define requirements and achieve outcomes.
• Experience designing learning plans that may include live training.
• Proven ability to manage utilization, capacity planning, and revenue-related metrics.
• Experience creating or scaling training offerings, playbooks, dashboards, tools, or processes.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Content, Product, Finance, Delivery and partners.
• Excellent executive communication for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional ILT training team.
• Define enterprise training strategy, governance, and scalable operating model.
• Ensure partnerships to understand client learning needs and delivery expectations.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and post-training follow-through.
• Manage utilization, capacity, workload balance, and delivery priorities.
• Identify new opportunities and package training offerings for sales positioning.
• Provide sales and GTM with training details and messaging.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and delivery quality metrics.
• Escalate risks and align cross-functional teams as needed.
• Build repeatable playbooks, templates, dashboards, and best practices.
