Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, delivery, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology programs.
• Strong experience with Jira, dashboards, reporting, and execution management tools.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

Aufgaben

• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple teams.
• Own RAID management and mitigation planning.
• Establish and maintain program reviews, status reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Track program health, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Improve delivery through best practices, tools, processes, and metrics.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure alignment and execution.
