Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/tech field; 12+ years grocery/health & wellness tech leadership or 16+ years in similar roles.
• 7+ years driving complex enterprise technology initiatives across multiple technologies in high-availability environments.
• 5+ years leading enterprise business systems, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate prioritization of high-impact opportunities using ROI, growth, and efficiency metrics.
• Lead program planning across tech teams, third parties, and stakeholders; define programs to deliver tech solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise technology budget development; monitor spend and forecast variances with CIO.
• Ensure alignment of enterprise technology strategies with member-facing business goals and efficiency gains.
• Advise the CIO on needs for enterprise tech solutions and their business impact; suggest strategies.
• Tailor tech and transformation communications to different audiences to support goals.
