Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools seeks an Enterprise Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Process Improvement team. You will support Workfront and related business systems, focusing on reporting, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role involves documenting processes, training, testing, and rollout activities, while ensuring data accuracy and system adoption across multiple functions. You will partner with cross-functional teams and provide frontline system support, with a focus on

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors' degree preferred and 2+ years in related fields.
Experience with Workfront administration and business systems.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data views for leadership decision-making.
Monitor data quality, system usage, and reporting accuracy; identify issues and improvements.
Support portfolio and system health analysis across large user populations.
Assist with system configuration, templates, and content lifecycle management.
Support testing, validation, implementation, and rollout activities for system changes.
Maintain SOPs, training materials, and knowledge bases.
Provide user training, onboarding support, and office hours for system adoption.
Collaborate with Process & Operations on reporting and system enablement.
Document business requirements, user requests, and workflows for enhancements.
Provide frontline system support, issue triage, and escalation coordination.
