Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to design, build, and support the data infrastructure that turns large datasets into enterprise reporting and analytic solutions. Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to extract patterns for customer insight, optimized performance, enhanced engagement, improved retention, increased revenue and decreased cost.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure collection and analysis of appropriate data and metrics for process improvements and profit.
• Work with executives to formulate hypotheses and design research to improve key performance indicators.
• Design architecture and data integrity constraints with data infrastructure engineers to meet business needs.
• Identify requirements, design, deploy, and support self-service BI reports and cubes for discovery and information-sharing.
• Design, develop, implement, manage and monitor BI dashboards.
• Apply data modeling, ETL architecture, and report design for department initiatives with detailed data-flow diagrams and diagrams as needed.
