Job summary

Newbury Franklin Industrials is seeking a Solution Architect, Enterprise Applications to design, implement, and optimize the core systems spanning ERP, CRM, WMS, MES and homegrown solutions. You will drive data flows, integration patterns, and AI-driven capabilities while collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Product leadership.

The role is remote, hands-on, and requires deep understanding of business processes to deliver scalable solutions that grow with the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise applications in an ERP-centric environment.
• Strong solution architecture and system design experience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand operational business processes and translate them into system design.
• Solid understanding of core business workflows: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing and Production.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations (APIs, middleware, iPaaS platforms).
• Strong communicator who can work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and optimize our enterprise applications ecosystem (ERP, CRM, WMS, MES) with NetSuite at the core.
• Define data flows across NetSuite and integrated systems; establish integration patterns and data standards.
• Lead architecture discussions bridging business and technical teams; set design principles and best practices.
• Deliver scalable, hands-on solutions from requirements through go-live on key initiatives.
• Identify and enable AI-driven capabilities across the application stack and data pipelines.
