Job summary

Antares seeks a systems-focused professional to own the administration and improvement of supply chain and manufacturing enterprise systems, including MES, ERP/MRP, procurement, and supplier portals. You will architect reliable workflows, implement AI-enabled automations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive faster, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, CS, math, physics, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain/manufacturing enterprise systems or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into reliable system workflows, data models, forms, approvals, and permission rules.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to track supplier commitments, PO status, material readiness, and nonconformances.
• Build automations using SQL, Python, APIs, low-code tools, or RPA to reduce manual status chasing and improve execution visibility.
• Develop human-in-the-loop AI workflows that summarize communications, propose actions, and elevate exceptions.
• Own day-to-day admin, configuration, and improvement of MES, ERP/MRP, purchasing, supplier portals, and inventory systems.
• Create integrations between enterprise systems and collaboration tools (email, Slack/Teams, CRM, etc.).
• Maintain master data and system hygiene for suppliers, parts, BOMs, routings, POs, and work orders.
• Support tool rollout: requirements, vendor coordination, testing, migration, training, post-launch support.
• Partner with teams to build workflows for PO release, supplier onboarding, material readiness, receiving, inspections, and production handoffs.
• Create process documentation, runbooks, change logs, training materials, and audit evidence.
