Job summary

ChargeAfter is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to act as a key technical resource across the full customer journey. You will partner with sales to demonstrate the embedded financing platform to enterprise partners and guide integrations with customer success, while authoring solution documentation and promoting best practices.

The role requires deep technical and sales acumen to bridge business goals with technical execution, with a remote-first setup for candidates in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field and 5+ years in solutions or presales for a B2B SaaS platform.
• Experience leading technical discovery, pre-sales, and integration planning for enterprise deals.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, security protocols (OAuth, tokenization), and enterprise system integration.
• Ability to present ROI-driven value to developers and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle for prospective partners.
• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map a prospect’s technical environment and integration needs.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and manage Proofs-of-Concept for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to propose innovative integration designs and influence the roadmap.
