Job summary
Lam Research seeks a transformational Director of Technical Program Management to lead a global team delivering complex programs across multiple business units. You will drive disciplined portfolio governance, risk management, and agile execution while partnering with engineering, product, operations and finance leaders.
You will champion AI, automation, and organizational change, guiding executive reviews and stakeholder alignment to realize measurable business value and impactful outcomes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in program, portfolio or TPM leadership
- 7+ years of people leadership
- Strong software program management background
- Deep expertise in portfolio governance and delivery execution
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 25 TPMs, Scrum Masters, Change Management professionals and contractors.
- Oversee portfolios across multiple business units and partners.
- Drive enterprise risk, issue, dependency and governance management.
- Lead executive reviews, steering committees and portfolio reporting.
- Shape delivery with Agile, SAFe, Kanban and hybrid practices.
- Ensure business readiness, stakeholder adoption and value realization.
- Develop talent and succession planning within the team.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
- Champion AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
