Job summary

GridUnity seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations for utility and system operator customers. You’ll own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment across multi-phase projects—from discovery and configuration through testing, go-live, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• A few years of project management experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Analytical problem-solving with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with interconnection processes and terminology (queue management, system impact studies, DER integration).
• Proficiency with project tools: Jira/Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet, Google Workspace.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; capable of presenting to executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to translate policy/engineering requirements into actionable plans; structured problem-solving and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of customer implementation and enhancements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Track project performance and report status to stakeholders.
• Orchestrate UAT, performance testing, and readiness reviews; prioritize defects.
• Drive change management planning and post-go-live support.
• Manage contracts, baselines, change requests, and invoicing milestones.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and cross-program dependencies.
• Apply PM methodologies to drive process efficiency across CX.
