CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to advance the risk framework, provide complex analysis, and advise senior management. The role emphasizes ongoing ERM processes, governance, and AI risk oversight across functions.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
6+ years of proven experience in risk management or related areas is expected.

Aufgaben

Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with governance, legal, cybersecurity, data science and technology teams.
Develop risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for senior management and the Board.
Support AI governance activities and ensure AI-related risks and controls are proportionate to use cases.
Prepare Board and committee risk materials including quarterly Audit Committee updates.
