Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to advance our risk framework, provide complex analysis, and advise senior management. This remote role emphasizes implementing ERM processes and coordinating AI governance across functions.

You will identify risks, monitor controls, and prepare decision-ready materials for boards and executives, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and IT teams to manage risk at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years in risk management.
• Insurance/financial analysis experience preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve ERM processes across risk areas.
• Coordinate AI governance activities and cross-functional reviews.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and board materials.
• Identify emerging risks, including AI/ML, data use, cybersecurity.
