Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, seeks an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to advance risk governance and AI governance across the enterprise. This remote role supports senior management with risk analysis, reporting, and advisory services while coordinating cross-functional reviews.

The position requires 6+ years in risk management or related fields and a Bachelor's degree. Collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Data teams is essential to manage risk in evolving tech

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience required.

Responsibilities

Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with ERM, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and other teams.
Develop risk reports, dashboards, and board-ready materials.
Identify emerging risks including AI, data use, cybersecurity and technology architecture.
Assess safeguards, governance review pathways, and escalation procedures based on materiality.
Draft risk acceptance, escalation recommendations, and governance guidance for tech and business teams.
Ensure governance documentation reflects owners, approvals, dates, and version history.
