Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with ERM, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science and other teams.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, and Board materials with clear risk exposure and ownership.
• Assess risks including AI/generative AI, data use, cybersecurity, and technology architecture.
• Govern AI governance activities and determine governance review pathways based on materiality and risk.
• Draft risk acceptance/approval conditions and governance guidance for business and tech teams.
