Job summary

Empower Retirement is seeking a senior Enterprise Resiliency specialist to lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop and test plans, and drive recovery strategies to minimize disruptions across a financial services environment.

The role requires 10+ years in business continuity, strong leadership, and certification in the field. Remote coordination with partners and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business continuity and financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with remote partners.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to management for planning and preparation for business disruptions.
• Coordinate annual schedules for continuity and recovery documentation maintenance.
• Oversee development of Business Continuity Plans, Technical Recovery Plans, and Incident Response Plans.
• Recommend recovery strategies and assist with implementation.
• Utilize BCM systems to integrate planning, assessments, and data.
• Develop training and deliver sessions on program objectives and systems.
• Support emergency notification system updates and exercises.
• Perform routine admin tasks and project work.
