You will protect and grow ARR by supporting renewal strategies and collaborating with the Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales teams to drive renewal success. We require 5+ years in enterprise renewals or related fields, strong MS Excel and Salesforce CPQ skills, and a collaborative, detail‑driven approach to managing renewals for large

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise renewals, deal support, or customer success
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis for renewal forecasting
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership with sales
• Experience using Salesforce CPQ and CRM tools
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Protect and Grow ARR by supporting renewal contracts and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales on renewal strategy
• Drive renewal execution, negotiate terms, and capture price uplifts
• Prepare renewal offers 90-120 days before expiration
• Manage contract processes and activation of Flex offerings
• Review license usage and propose renewal proposals
• Structure renewal scenarios including consolidations and upgrades
• Serve as subject matter expert on subscription management and renewals
• Flag risks early and support forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with Customer Value Architects on at-risk accounts
