CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist to help protect and grow ARR by coordinating renewal strategies with Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales teams.

The role focuses on renewal execution, price uplift, and expansion opportunities while ensuring smooth contract processes for enterprise customers. You will leverage AI-driven insights, collaborate across sales and customer value teams, and contribute to accurate renewal forecasts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model.
• 5 years of Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success.
• Proficiency with MS Excel; knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Protect and grow ARR by supporting renewal teams and securing contracts before expiration.
• Collaborate with renewal and field sales to align renewal and expansion strategies.
• Execute renewal processes: negotiate terms, uplift pricing, convert to Flex where needed.
• Prepare renewal offers 90–120 days before contract end; manage contract and Flex activations.
• Identify at-risk accounts and work with sales and CVA on mitigation strategies.
