Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist to join our Global Renewals Management Function within our GTM organization. This role is critical to retaining and growing CrowdStrike’s ARR by driving customer-centric renewal strategy and execution.

You will collaborate with Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales, manage renewal offers 90–120 days before expiry, and own contract processes including Flex activations. A fast-paced environment with AI-driven insights awaits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success.
• Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• Experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ.

Responsibilities

• Protect and Grow ARR by supporting renewal contracts before expiration.
• Collaborate on renewal strategy and align renewal/Flex terms.
• Support expansion around renewals (Flex, Reflex, Upsell).
• Negotiate commercial terms and price uplifts during renewal.
• Prepare renewal offers 90–120 days before contract expiry.
• Own contract processes and Flex activations.
• Research license usage and renewals proposals for customers.
• Structure renewal scenarios including conversions to Flex GTM.
