Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated record of success in quota-carrying, goal-oriented sales environments.
• Experience selling leadership development, eLearning, executive education, or professional services.
• Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow a robust enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory.
• Prospect and engage Fortune 1000 organizations and other large employers.
• Build strategic account plans identifying growth opportunities and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal sales and program teams to execute strategies.
• Conduct executive-level discovery conversations to uncover workforce needs.
• Design customized learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Present to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms for partnerships.
• Manage a revenue portfolio in excess of $2 million annually.
• Maintain Salesforce data and deliver regular pipeline forecasts.
