Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale POS modernization across approximately 7,000 locations. This role will build the implementation roadmap, oversee integrations, lab setup, testing, change management, and enterprise rollout.

You will drive a complex program from planning through deployment across distributed locations, collaborating with senior leaders and vendors. The position is long-term and 100% remote, offering a competitive hourly rate for W2

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise POS modernization or replacement programs across distributed locations.
• Strong technical program management background with POS buildout, integrations, testing and deployment readiness.
• Ability to lead multiple IT workstreams, coordinating engineering, infrastructure, testing, vendors and partners.
• Enterprise program leadership and vendor management skills, with executive reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall enterprise POS modernization program, managing the integrated plan, milestones, risks and governance.
• Drive upfront POS solution buildout and technical integration, including vendor transition, lab setup, testing and production readiness.
• Coordinate and hold accountable multiple technical teams and vendors across 7,000 locations.
• Manage transition into enterprise deployment with high-level progress oversight and collaboration with Restaurant Operations.
